Focus On Asia: 10/40 Window Countries

Reaching The Unreached

                             Evangelism and Church Planting

The core of the unreached people of our world live in a window that
extends from West Africa to East Asia, from ten degrees north to forty
degrees north of the equator. This region of the world has become
known as the 10/40 Window. Incredibly, 97% of the people in the least
evangelized countries live in the 10/40 Window.

The religions of this area are made up of Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist,
Shinto, Folk Religions, and Atheism. This is also the poorest region in
the world. Over 2.4 billion people, 40% of the world’s population, live
on less than $1.40 per day in the 10/40 Window.

The top 10 countries with the largest “unevangelized population” are
located in the 10/40 Window. 85% of the world’s poorest of the poor
live in the 10/40 Window. 43 of the top 50 countries that persecute
Christians are in the 10/40 Window.

Less than 2% of all missions giving is directed toward the 10/40
Window. Yet “dollar for dollar and hour for hour, the harvest coming
from the 10/40 Window nations outstrips that from the rest of the
world 100 to 1.”

Christ For Asia has decided to answer God’s call to this region. Who will
go with us? Will you? The harvest truly is plenteous, but labourers are
few!
                              Missionary Training

To reach the unreached terrain of this great continent, we are training
Native Missionaries. To achieve the maximum effectiveness, we are
planning to start Indian Institute of Theology in the Southern part of
India, in a picturesque state called Kerala.

                             Gospel Crusades

ICCF, Intercity Christian Fellowship International was established in
1994 to strengthen the evangelism activities of Christ For Asia.
